Pear, cheese and walnuts

2 person starter – 15 minutes

Ingredients:

50 grams walnut kernels, grilled or browned in a frying pan with no oil.

50 grams Tomme or medium-hard cheese, cut into dice

1 pear, peeled and cored and cut into small dice

Salad leaves

1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ tablespoon raspberry vinegar

1 teaspoon French Mustard

Preparation:

Make a vinaigrette by vigorously mixing the oil and vinegar.

Add the mustard and mix until smooth.

Add the walnuts, pear and cheese, stirring gently.

Serve on salad leaves.
