Salmon in Asian spices

2 persons - main dish – 45 minutes

Ingredients:

2 salmon steaks (200 grams)

1 teaspoon pink peppercorns

Ingredients for the marinade:

3 tablespoons dry white wine or dry cider

1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce

1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon liquid honey

½ teaspoon chili powder (piment d’Espelette)

Preparation:

Add all the ingredient for the marinade to a bowl and mix well.

Add the salmon and ensure that it is well covered with the  marinade.

Stand the salmon in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Place the salmon, surrounded by its marinade, in a frying pan.

Heat for 10 minutes on a high heat.

Serve sprinkled with pink peppercorns, accompanied with vegetables.
